How do I know if a teenage boy still likes me?

I was pretty sure he liked me because my best friend told me that she over heard him talking to his buddies saying that he thought I was cute. He also showed he did via body language and from what he has told me. He has called me hot and said he loved me. He was also impressed that I play so many sports. He also purred at my for no reason and commented on my outfit. He told me I could sing really well and he stares at me like 24/7, he laughs at my jokes that aren't even funny, he blew in my hair, he questions me a lot, he playfully puched me, he chatted with me on Facebook, he said I was good at a sport and cheered me on, he helped me get better in that sport by guiding me, he touches me a lot, he listens in my convo's for some reason, and whenever he gets the chance he talks 2 me. But recently my enemy got into my buisiness and bothered me about him and he found out and he stopped being all flirty flirty all he does is he stares at me occasionaly. Does he still like me?
