Should I give her a break or be there just to be there for her?

I like this girl at work. By the way actually I'm her boss. I help her lot in cretain things. I bought her too many gift. I like to hangout with her. I spend way too much time with her. I'm at a point that I need break from her as we never kissed or had sex since I knew her for a year now. She knows that I like her, but she have never said anything like that to me. She doesn't like apologizing or thanking me in person, So most of the time she would text me to apologize or to thank me. She even didn't wish me happy birthday in person but text me. I don't know how she feel about me? She doesn't like my buddies telling me about other girls. Last time she was jealous went my buddy was telling me about some hot chick he met. I feel like there's nothing between us. She is out on vacation by herself. I saw few of her pictures posted on Facebook with a guy, she told me that he is her friend. Which I don't wanna buy. When she was planing for the vacation she asked me to book her hotel close to Orlando. Which I did, and now I find out that she put a picture of her with a guy hugging eachother on the beach. Well should I give her a break till she finds out what she want or be there for her?
