Some of you guys just told me to move back home,sould I try and have my cheating husband evicted or just file?

I left my home because my husband is having an affair, and some of you guys told me that I should move back in and maybe sleep in the guest room. Well, can I file for divorce and still live under the same roof as my spouse, I moved out a week ago and what do you think he will say about me coming back. Will he think I want to reconcile or if I am weak and he can do whatever and get away with it?
