Whats wrong with me??? am i getting sick?

omg... im sitting here at my comp writing writing, i feel kinda shaky my chest hurts. i just drank 2 pepsis, and this has been happening a lot lately sorta. about 2 months ago or soemthign like that i urinated alot a went to the doctor but there was nothing wrong with the urine, i did as the doctor said and im over it, now i have an unusal thing with my throat, i wen tto the doctor for that to. lets see here... i was at my grandmas house, and i drank a fuze and i felt shakey/sorta and it was kinda hard to breath... so i sat up until i could breath and wen tt o sleep.. i guess what im trying to say is.. am i getting diabeties?!?!!?!? i havent had a fever since my horrible sore throat or urinating problems... but i looked up the "symtoms: it said urinating a lot, i was but im over it now.. also hands legs shakey, umm when i eat or dirnk alot of sugars (pepsi for example) blurred vision well i have glasses, so not really blurred vision. today after recess i was super thirsty and it wa slike i couldnt stop drinking water, um im not sure about weight. i have a low? or is it high metabilisum?? umm well im always hungry so not really weight loss. weakness and fatigue...... ummm idk really.. im tired in the morning because i have to wake up at 5:30 for school... was for the shakey hands and feet, after i drank those 2 pepsis im shaky and having a hard time to breath it feels like my chest is getting tight, i guess im freaking out cause its weird if i have sugar this happens... im terrified help me... whats happened so far, do u think i could be getting diabeties?? i had this happen when i drank a monster that had nitrous oxide, my big bro has panick attacks and he has to take this pill, but all i did was calm down take deep breaths eat and it soon ended... well what do u think?!?! should i being worried?!?!?
