Why is reconciling the world unto God can't lie nor die done in Christ, not Jesus, and doesn't law impute sin?

the whole word has been reconciled to God not counting your sins against. but we are all dead spiritualy,romans 5:12, now God is offering life to all who come to him through faith in Jesus then we are raise together with Christ alive spiritualy = salvation, born again of the spirit.
