Why cant I log into my new internet account anymore ?

Ok so I have a new facebook, youtube, and windows live accout the only problem is I cant log into my yahoo. My step mothers brother came over the other day and arranged for an internet buddy of his to hack into my computer and do a clean sweep of extra programs viruse etc, even installing new programs, but now my yahoo password isnt working even though I can sign into every other site.
