Big pimple!! Help! D:?

I'm going to Fiesta texas with my buddies on thursday and i have this huge pimple on my nose and i need some way to help get rid of it!! D: I've been putting toothpaste on it for the past 2 days aaaand nothing has happened. I mean.. this thing is huge like its a bump on my nose and it won't pop! I've tried to pop it but i know it's the worst way to make it go down haha. But please tell me any home remedies on how to get rid of it! Plleeeaassssseeee! D: Thanks guys!
