Need creatine advice?
So i've started creatine for the first time, and I've heard that you should load your first week but wasn't sure about it. I take 2 sport multi vitamins as directed, 2 scoops whey protein after my lift, one small scoop of nitrous oxide before my lift (20-30 minutes) and the only thing i'm not sure about is my creatine.. I have the 189 Amp Creatine from GNC and it says to take 2 on the bottle (1250 mg each). I was wondering by how much I should increase this to load for the first week.. i started monday and on monday and tuesday I only took 2 each day because I wasn't sure. after loading this week, I've read that some people have increased their intake for this specific creatine just because it doesn't digest well, so some people have increased it to 5 grams (which would be 4 pills).. would this be alright to do in the long run? or should I keep it to about 3 pills a day (3.75 grams). otherwise I would only be taking in 2.5 grams of creatine each day. What should I do here? thanks for any help. and if it helps, i'm 6'1' 190
